Project:  ​40th Annual Football Classic at Metlife Stadium​

 

Result:

 

RVB was contracted to coordinate & manage logistics for NYUL's 40th Annual Football Classic, an annual fundraiser for the organization's youth scholarship program.

 

By providing creative direction, securring a celebrity performer for the halftime show and ensuring that the events top sponsor received premium placement within the performance RVB was able to create a unique experience that not only entertained attendees, but created a new relationship for the organization and provided increased visibility for the organization's strategic partner.

 

In addition to creative diretion and talent booking for the halftime show, RVB also coordinated and managed event logistics for promotional events leading up to and on game day, while simultaneously developing and executing a publicity & marketing campaign which included social media management.
